Industry pioneer Ty Robbins Joins Cinchy to Turbocharge Data Collaboration in Credit Unions and Community Banking
October 4, 2023
Strategic hire coincides with launch of innovation program aimed at providing credit unions with instant insights, double-digit efficiency gains, and accelerated solution delivery
Cinchy is very pleased to announce that tech pioneer Ty Robbins has joined our team as Field CTO!
Drawing upon a distinguished career that most recently included 7 years as CIO and Chief Data Officer at First Service Credit Union, Ty will harness his extensive expertise in data management, digital innovation, and core banking transformation to tailor Cinchy's award-winning platform technology for the Credit Union and Community Banking sectors.
The exciting news is being made official at this year’s CUNA Conference in Denver where our team is exhibiting (Booth 63) as part of this key industry gathering hosted by the Credit Union National Association.
The announcement also coincides with the start of a new initiative at Cinchy to develop a suite of products and services specifically for the Credit Union and Community Banking sectors.
Instant Insights for Credit Unions
The new portfolio features FINsights, a web-based service (currently in BETA) that provides users with access to comprehensive datasets, charts, and insights from over 20 years of credit union and banking activity.
The site features interactive features that enables CUs to analyze their specific market performance and pinpoint opportunities to gain substantial operational efficiencies.
The new portfolio also includes the CU Starter Package, a bespoke configuration of Cinchy’s award-winning Data Collaboration Platform.
Cinchy enables Credit Union organizations to tap into diverse sources of intelligence, including their employees, trusted partners, and AI tools, to collaboratively generate enriched datasets within a highly-controlled setting.
These can then be used to rapidly develop unlimited digital solutions (e.g. analytics, automations, apps, and augmentations) without incurring the substantial cost, delay, and risk associated with standing up new database silos or performing copy-based data integration.
Credit Union leaders frequently express their frustration with data that’s fragmented in silos (members, loans, deposits, etc.) and the increasing cost and complexity associated with data integration.
This challenge is one of the biggest obstacles that hamper the production of essential business insights and delivery of key modernization and innovation projects.
If this situation sounds familiar, it's time to explore how Cinchy has helped over 100 CUs in North America access instant (and actionable) insights, simplify their data ecosystem, and accelerate their strategic roadmap.
