Loyalty & Rewards Program –
Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
Cinchy’s Loyalty & Rewards Program rewards individuals who submit qualified referrals. All incentives will be issued as cash credits applied to the customer organization’s Cinchy invoice (next quarterly billing cycle).
This program is designed to thank you for helping connect Cinchy with organizations that can benefit from our data platform.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be employees of current Cinchy customers in good standing.
- Only the first referrer of a lead is eligible for credit.
- Participants must submit referrals through the official [Google Form] linked in the program email or page.
- The first five customers to register are eligible for Limited Time Promo incentive rates.
3. How to Refer
- Submit the referral using the Cinchy Google Form, providing both your contact details and those of the referred lead.
- Your first submission will enroll you in the program.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
4. Referral Qualification Criteria
🔹 Qualified Lead
To be considered a Qualified Lead, the contact must:
- Hold a Director-level title or above
- Be open to a meeting with a Cinchy Account Executive (AE)
- Represent an organization with a current and relevant challenge Cinchy addresses, such as:
- Data integration
- Access control
- Data fabric strategy
🔹 Opportunity
A Qualified Lead becomes an Opportunity if, within 2 months:
- The contact is a buying decision maker
- They have a defined budget
- They express intent to purchase within 2 quarters
- They are formally qualified by a Cinchy AE
🔹 Won Business
An Opportunity becomes “Won” if:
- A new contract is signed with Cinchy within 2 quarters of opportunity qualification
- Note: Proof-of-Concept (POC) contracts are excluded from the incentive program
5. Rewards Structure

*Promo valid through July 31, 2025 for the first five customer participants who submit a referral.
- Rewards are issued as invoice credits to the referring customer’s Cinchy account.
- Credits will be applied to the next quarterly invoice following qualification.
- Incentives are cumulative; e.g., if a lead becomes an opportunity and is won, a total of $6,100 (standard) or $12,200 (promo) in credits may be applied.
6. Additional Terms
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value outside of invoicing.
- Incentives cannot be applied to past invoices or redeemed retroactively.
- Cinchy reserves the exclusive right to validate qualification status at each stage.
7. Right to Modify or Cancel
Cinchy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. This includes, without limitation, changes to eligibility, qualification criteria, incentive levels, and promotional periods.
All changes will be effective upon posting on the Cinchy website or notifying enrolled participants.
8. Compliance and Ethics
- All participants must adhere to applicable anti-bribery, privacy, and referral marketing laws as well as all other applicable laws and regulations.
- Submissions must not involve confidential or proprietary information obtained without consent.
- Misuse or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification from the program.
9. Additional Terms
Cinchy makes no, and disclaims all, express and implied warranties about this program and any outcomes of participation. Further, in no event will Cinchy be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, special, indirect, exemplary damages of any kind related to your participation in the program. This program and any claim or dispute related to the program is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, excluding its conflicts of laws provisions, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
